1. General Terms

• By booking a rental with RB Luxury, you confirm that you are at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
• All renters must provide valid identification and meet our eligibility criteria before vehicle pickup or chauffeur service.

2. Booking & Payments

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Any additional fees, such as tolls, fuel, or extra mileage, will be charged separately.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund; otherwise, cancellation fees may apply.

3. Vehicle Usage & Responsibility

• Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as received.
• Any damage, traffic violations, or toll charges incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.
• Smoking and unauthorized modifications are strictly prohibited inside our vehicles.

4. Chauffeur Service

• Chauffeur services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
• Clients must adhere to scheduled pickup and drop-off times to avoid additional charges.

5. Delivery & Pick-Up

• We offer delivery and pick-up services within a 50-mile radius for an additional fee.
• Delays in returning a vehicle may result in extra charges.

6. Liability & Insurance

• RB Luxury provides insurance coverage as per legal requirements, but renters are advised to have personal coverage.
• The company is not liable for personal belongings left in vehicles.

7. Policy Changes

• RB Luxury reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to any modifications.
